Included with DIY Package:

  • 150 Black Chairs for guests under covered chapel

  • 25 round tables with white resin chairs (72” tables and 8-10 chairs per table)

  • 3 handmade wooden tables put together to make the head table (24’ total length)

  • Groomsmen Lounge

  • Covered deck for guests

  • Waterfall in the front of where the ceremony will take place

    • 25 Round tables for guests. each sit 8-10 guests. tables are 72” wide.

    • 8-10 white resin chairs per table.

    • 24’ long handmade wooden table. Consists of 3 separate 8’ tables.

    • A groomsman lounge located by the chapel.

    • Wooden barrels located on each side of the front arbor where the ceremony will take place.

    • Tables for serving food, gifts, memory of loved ones, & dessert.

    • An area for games if you choose to have them.

    • Vintage string lights throughout the barn and outdoor patio.

    • Firepit outside on patio

    • All decorations, entertainment, and officiant.

    • Labor, including set up, clean up, busing tables, taking trash to the dumpsters, restocking the restrooms including wiping down and sweeping both restrooms.

    • Food, including deserts and beverages. At the end of the night all coolers that were used must be emptied and all ice must be dumped into the gravel outside the barn.

    • You will do your own rehearsal

    • You will need to wipe off all surfaces that were used, floors will need to be swept and mop up any spills that were made throughout the night.

    • You will need to provide event insurance with Liquor Liability Insurance.

    • Heaters ($100 each)

    • Large bags of ice ($7 each)

    • Main level of house for getting ready ($250 for up to 3 hours)

Example Timeline for wedding Day

4:00 Guest arrival

4:30 Bride walks down the aisle

5:00 ceremony ends

5:00-6:00 Cocktail hour and Photos

6:00-10:00 Reception

When booking a DIY wedding package, you will have 5.5 hours for your event. For example, if you walk at 5:30, your music must stop at 11. If you would like to add additional time, it is $375 per 30 minutes.

A $1,000 Security deposit is required the day you are booking your event.

This security is refundable if nothing is broken or missing, and the place is cleaned up following your event.

We reserve the right to have small events & Horse rides prior yo your guest arrival on the deck and patio.
